How we run tubular operations
Phase 1:
Preparation
Every casing program starts before the pipe arrives at the rig. ProTorque coordinates thread inspection and cleaning, vacuum drifting, CRT readiness, and program-specific equipment confirmation in advance. By the time casing reaches the floor, the variables are gone.
Phase 2:
Verification
Independent verification at every critical point. Hook load, top drive torque, iron roughneck calibration, and connection make-up data captured and documented for every joint. Operators see the numbers in real time and walk away with the records.
Phase 3:
Execution
