Specialty Piping
Fiber glass piping installation. Combo-welded carbon and stainless. Specialty materials installed right.
Get in TouchOverview
The piping that does what carbon steel cannot.
Some applications need more than carbon steel. Corrosive service, demanding chemistries, or specific operating conditions call for fiber glass piping, stainless installations, or combo-material runs. ProTorque’s specialty piping crews install the pipe that meets those conditions.
Fiber glass piping for facilities. Stainless piping for process applications. Combo-welded carbon and stainless for specialty builds. ProTorque brings the certified welders, the handling equipment, and the field experience to install specialty piping correctly the first time.
What the service includes

How We Do It
Our process
-
Step 1
Scope and Materials
Specialty piping scope confirmed with the operator or EPC. Materials specified, weld procedures qualified, and inspection requirements locked in.
-
Step 2
Mobilization
Certified welders and specialty piping crews mobilized. Pipe handling equipment, welding gear, and pressure test equipment ready on site.
-
Step 3
Installation
Pipe installed to spec. Welds performed by certified welders. Inspection conducted as required by the operator and regulatory authorities.
-
Step 4
Test and Documentation
Pressure testing executed. Inspection records delivered. Full pipe installation documentation handed to the operator for facility records.
Why This Matters
Why this matters
Specialty piping installations fail when the wrong contractor handles the wrong material. Fiber glass needs different handling than carbon steel. Stainless welds need different procedures and different welder qualifications. Mixing materials without the right experience leads to failures that cost more to fix than they would have cost to install correctly the first time.
For operators specifying specialty piping in water management facilities, clean brine programs, or process installations across the Permian and NM, ProTorque is the contractor with the trades and the discipline to install it right.
“Specialty piping fails when the wrong contractor handles the wrong material. ProTorque’s job is to handle it right.”
