Our services

Building midstream infrastructure that operators can count on.

Midstream construction is not a single trade. It is the coordinated execution of welding, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and specialty piping work, all delivered on time and to spec. ProTorque brings the full trade capability under one roof and the field discipline to keep projects moving.

New facilities. Plant expansions. Pipeline construction. Tank batteries. Saltwater disposal (SWD) builds. Specialty piping installations. ProTorque construction crews work across the Permian Basin and West Texas for operators that need a contractor who can build the whole thing without managing five different subs to do it.

How we work

Our process

  1. Step 1

    Project Scoping

Pre-job scoping with the operator or EPC. Materials, trades, timeline, site access, permitting, and specialty considerations locked in before mobilization.

  2. Step 2

    Mobilization

Crews, equipment, materials, and supporting trades coordinated for site arrival. Welders, electricians, mechanical, and civil crews ready before the first day of work.

  3. Step 3

    Execution

Construction executed to spec and schedule. Welds inspected. Civil work documented. Trades coordinated by ProTorque project leadership instead of by the operator.

  4. Step 4

    Commissioning & Handoff

Final inspections, commissioning, as-built documentation, and turnover. The operator takes possession of a built facility with the records to prove it.

Why This Matters

Why this matters

Midstream construction projects fail in the gaps between trades. Welders waiting on civil. Electrical waiting on welders. Operators stuck managing subcontractors instead of running their business. ProTorque’s full-trade capability removes the gaps. One contractor. Coordinated execution. Built to spec and built to schedule.

For operators expanding facility capacity, running new pipelines, or building tank batteries and SWDs, ProTorque is the construction partner that turns a project plan into a working facility.
