ROW Services

Right of way clearing, new pads, civil concrete, and industrial weed control. Site work that gets the project ready.

Get in Touch

Overview

The work that has to happen before construction starts.

Midstream projects do not start when the construction crew arrives. They start when the site is cleared, the pad is built, and the access is in. ROW services are the foundational work that turns raw land into a buildable midstream site. ProTorque provides ROW clearing, civil work, new pad construction, and ongoing site maintenance across the Permian and West Texas.

For pipeline projects, that means ROW clearing and access roads. For facility builds, that means pad construction, foundations, and civil concrete. For operating facilities, that means industrial weed control and ongoing site upkeep. ProTorque handles all of it.

What the service includes

  • Right of way (ROW) clearing for pipeline construction
  • New pad construction
  • Civil concrete work and foundations
  • Access road construction
  • Site grading and preparation
  • Industrial weed control
  • Erosion control and site stabilization
  • Site maintenance for operational facilities
  • Coordination with surveyors, EPCs, and permitting authorities

How We Do It

Our process

  1. Step 1

    Site Survey and Scope

Site assessment with the operator or EPC. ROW boundaries, pad specifications, civil requirements, and permitting status confirmed.

  2. Step 2

    Mobilization

Equipment, crews, and materials mobilized to site. Specialty equipment (graders, compactors, concrete trucks) coordinated for the scope.

  3. Step 3

    Execution

ROW cleared. Pads built. Civil concrete poured. Site prepared to spec. Documentation captured throughout for the operator’s records.

  4. Step 4

    Handoff

Site released to the construction crew. As-built documentation, civil records, and any specifications relevant to the construction team delivered.

Why This Matters

Why this matters

Construction crews waiting for an unfinished pad cost more than the pad. Pipeline crews waiting for ROW clearing cost more than the clearing. The work that happens before construction sets the timeline for everything after. ProTorque’s ROW services are built to keep that timeline on schedule.

For operators running pipeline programs, building new SWD or tank battery sites, or maintaining sites that need ongoing industrial weed control, ROW services are the foundational work that protects the rest of the project.

“Construction starts when the site is ready. ROW services are what get it ready.”
